Due to recurring shipping problems we no longer ship to Mexico, Colombia, or United Arab Emirates.

Address in Russian, Greek, Arabic, Hebrew, Cyrillic, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese characters must be in English of the addressee’s full legal name and complete address (including country). If the English translation is not known, the foreign language words must appear in Roman characters

If you are shipping outside the U.S., before you can collect the package, your country may charge a fee in addition to our shipping cost . We have no control over what the fees may be.

  Have you sent my order? 

After you make your order you will receive a confirmation letter. Allow 3 business days for making the strap. We will send you another email as soon as we ship your order. If you don't hear from us 3-4 days after you have received your confirmation letter, you may check to see if our email has been filtered as spam or the email address that we have for you is out of date. You are also more than welcome to send us an email if you are concerned.

 Do you have a tracking number? 

Yes, we can now provide all orders with a tracking number.

 Can you check the status of my order? 

Yes, just send me an email and I will give you all the information I have. 

 If I make two orders can I have them shipped together? 

Yes. We will also refund any extra shipping you were charged. Just send us an email so we can track them and send your refund.

  Can you gift wrap? 

No.

 Can you mark it as a gift when shipping? 

USA: Yes. We can remove all indication that a camera strap is in the package.
INTERNATIONAL: No. Customs needs to know what is inside the package.

 Can I use a different address than what PayPal has on file? 

Yes. Just let us know so we can update the shipping label. We can also adjust the shipping fee if you are changing the country.

 How is my order packaged? 

We will put your camera straps in a 6"x 10" bubble pack.

  Do you ship to my country? 

Yes. We ship worldwide. Please understand that your country may charge a customs fee or VAT when picking up your package.
