I promise to provide quality workmanship. If there is a problem with a strap I will replace it at no charge or give a complete refund.
If you find that a different size or type of strap is needed then I can exchange it for one that works better for you. I charge a small fee for the work, which includes shipping plus any price difference. Please understand that these are custom straps and we put a lot of care into each one. I don't resell the exchanged straps because they are custom made for each person.
