One of the rituals we participated in, pre Covid, was the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. RoozenGaarde was one of the major growers and sellers of bulbs in the Skagit Valley. They had extensive grounds with plantings of their different bulbs. There was a modest fee for entering but it was well worth it.
