Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: USA: $2.90 USD and INTERNATIONAL: $13.80 USD, except for Canada which is $9.80. You will be automatically charged shipping depending on your address.

Q: Have you sent my order?
A: After you make your order you will receive a PayPal confirmation letter. Your order will be due to ship 3-4 business days later. After it has been shipped we will send you an email letting you know. If you don't hear from us after 3-4 business days you might check to see if our email has been filtered as spam, or the email address that we have for you is out of date. You are more than welcome to also send us an email if you are concerned.

Q: How long will it take till I receive my order after it is shipped?
A: INTERNATIONAL: It takes about 1 to 2 weeks, sometimes 3 or 4 if customs is slow. It varies from country to country. If it takes longer than expected please let us know.
USA: it takes about 1-2 days to the West Coast and 3-4 days to the East Coast . If it takes longer than expected please let us know.

Q: Do you have a tracking number?
A: No, not on regular shipping. We ship US Postal Service First Class, without tracking numbers.

Q: Can I have it shipped with a tracking number?
A: USA: Yes. The Postal Service provides overnight shipping which has a tracking number and will get your strap to you in 1-2 days at a cost of $25. Just let us know if you would like it shipped this way and we will send you a paypal request (minus any shipping you have already paid) for that amount.
INTERNATIONAL: Yes. The Postal Service provides express shipping, at a cost of $52 USD. With that you get a tracking number and it should arrive in about 3-5 business days. Just let us know if you would like it shipped this way and we will send you a paypal request (minus any shipping you have already paid) for that amount.

Q: Can I have my order shipped faster?
A: USA: Because all of our straps are custom made we have a three business day turnaround. After you order has been assembled we can send it with Overnight shipping for $25. It should only take 1 day and will come with a tracking number. We can also ship it with Priority mail for $6.80. The package usually get to its destination in 2 business days and also comes with a tracking number. Just let us know if you would like it shipped this way and we will send you a PayPal money request (minus any shipping you have already paid) for that amount.

INTERNATIONAL: Because all of our straps are custom made we have
a three business day turnaround. After you order has been assembled we can ship it with Express mail for $52 USD which comes with a tracking number. We can also ship it with Priority mail for $30.50 USD. This does not come with a tracking number, but it should arrive in about 1 week. Just let us know if you would like it shipped this way and we will send you a PayPal money request (minus any shipping you have already paid) for that amount.

Q: Can you check the status of the order for me?
A: If you have received an email from us letting you know it has been shipped then we can’t track it any further unless you have overnight shipping.

Q: If I make another order can I have them shipped together?
A: Yes. If the orders will fit into the package we can ship them together. We will also refund any extra shipping you will be charged when you make your order. Just send us a note so we can track them and refund you properly.

Q: Can you gift wrap?
A: No. Not at this time.

Q: Can you mark it as a gift when shipping?
A: USA: Yes, we can remove all indication that a camera strap is in the package.
INTERNATIONAL: No. Customs needs to know what is inside the package.

Q: Can I use a different address that what PayPal has on file?
A: Yes. Just let us know so we can update the shipping label. If the address was in the USA and you want it shipped out of the states then we can send you a PayPal request for the extra international shipping cost. If your original address is outside of the USA and you want to ship to an address inside the states then we can refund the extra shipping charge. Just let us know and we’ll take care of you.

Q: How is my order packaged?
A: We will put your camera straps in a 6"x 10" bubble pack.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes. We ship world wide.
